These whips provide a ''safety zone'' between dock and boat with a unique ''spring-action'' that keeps your boat away from the dock. The large-diameter solid fiberglass rods are wrapped with cross-wound layers of fiber for superior strength and flexibility. The durable solid cast-aluminum base has a molded-in cleat and ring to easily fasten your lines. A functional roller tip on the whip in addition to a unique tensioner allows easy one-hand operation. All Dockmate Mooring Whips come as a pair with all necessary lines and hardware to complete installation.
